Ingredients
- 2 slices cucumber
- 2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- Celery soda, such as Dr. Brown’s Cel-Ray Soda, for topping
Instructions
- Muddle the cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker. Add the gin, lime juice and ice and shake well. Pour into a glass and top with the celery soda.

This is super refreshing. I was unable to find celery soda locally but we found a recipe by Alton Brown that was super easy. I used Hendricks Gin, will definitely be making these all summer.
