The fish didn’t deserve to die to be made into this bland mediocreness. Off to the drive-thru…
Very easy to make, great taste and what a hit! I will make this recipe again.
I will definitely make this again! So easy and so good. I had fresh Lake Superior whitefish from Whole Foods so I started out with wonderful fish anyway. I used Pam for grilling and sprayed it liberally on the grill. I grilled about 6 minutes each side.
I usually love dijon in any recipe, but I felt it made the fish very bitter tasting in this recipe.
Everything stuck to the grill pan really badly. The fish was also fishy. That’s not the fault of the recipe though.
I substituted the whitefish for pork cutlets. So easy with fantastic flavors. My family loved it! (Teens and finicky husband) This is now in my recipe book!
The ease of preparation defies the scrumptious taste of this dish. It was an immediate family favorite.
