Ingredients
- 5 pounds chicken tenders
- 5 cups fresh orange juice
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup avocado oil
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons mild chili powder
- 2 tablespoons coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons finely ground black pepper
- 5 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 yellow onions, chopped
- 1/2 fresh green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 fresh jalapeño, diced with seeds
Instructions
- Mix together the chicken, orange juice, lemon juice, avocado oil, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, Hungarian paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, yellow mustard, chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper, salt, onions, bell peppers and jalapeño in a large bowl. Let marinate, covered and refrigerated, for 2 hours.
- Preheat a grill.
- Grill the chicken, carefully rotating every 10 seconds, until it is thoroughly cooked but not dry, about 15 minutes.
