Make sure to cut off the thick end a little more than you would usually do you don’t have as hard a time cooking it evenly. We cooked it with steak and put it on the bottom of the plate under the marinaded steak for extra yum

Easy to make and quick. I made it with some lemon juice, parmesan, garlic powder, and balsamic vinegar as well as mentioned in the comments. Simple, yet tasty and clean.

It was excellent! I also added garlic salt.

I made this using a bit more olive oil; and, shaking the asparagus, olive oil, and salt-free seasoning blend together in a ziploc bag. Then, placing it on a rack in a half-sheet pan, and roasting. The result is delicious.

It actually takes a little bit longer than 2 or 3 minutes. No biggie that’s just my experience. I probably cooked mine for around 5 minutes. It all is basically up to you how you want it cooked & for how long. Everyone has different preferences for their food. It was absolutely delicious in the end & that’s really all that matters….. RIGHT. Give it a try, I’m pretty sure you’ll enjoy yourself.

I made it for our dinner side yesterday and it was a big hit! I did the skewers as someone suggested and prior to that I put the asparagus in a zip lock bag with the olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder for about 30 minutes. The asparagus was tender, but crisp and the flavor was so good! I will have this all summer long!

Baked in 425 degree oven! PERFECT after 15-20 minutes!

Can’t mess up perfection! Great results. Added some fresh grated cheese. Prior to final finishing in a hot skillet, i blanched the asparagus to maintain a bright green color that contrasted nicely with the light char on my veggies.

My daughter gave me the idea. Never thought to do it on the grill. I kicked it up a notch by grilling them in foil packages with Italian dressing. Yum Yum

We have made this many times and several different versions. We’ve used coconut oil, butter, avocado oil; added garlic, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds; cooked it on the grill and on the stove top.

This was really good! I left them on top of Reynolds wrap in the high heat side of grill and turned them at 3 min, but then let them cook 3-5 minutes more. 6-8 min total was just the right amount of crunch

I usually bake our asparagus with a little parmesan on top but was feeling lazy and asked hubbs to throw it on the grill with the steak. I used the olive oil and seasoning from the recipe, but after reading reviews, added a dash of onion powder and extra roasted garlic powder. I left it to marinate for about 45 mins. We have a “deluxe broiler rack” for cooking burgers and fish over an open fire while camping, which I put the asparagus in. Hubbs said it was way easier and less time consuming than the bamboo skewers (which im sure work great). Love this, will make again!

Delicious! After a friend introduced us to grilled asparagus, I came on here to find a recipe to follow to prepare it at home. This is almost identical to what he told us. The only addition we used was garlic salt and we let them marinate for a couple hours. All 4 of us devoured them. This will be a new side in our rotation for sure!

Came out perfect. The only thing I added was a bit of lemon zest when done.
