This pretty green smoothie is packed with fiber, vitamin C and lutein (which may be good for eyesight). Keep frozen grapes in your freezer so you can whirl this up in a pinch for breakfast or for a healthy refresher any time of day.

Reviews
Kkkkk
I first tried to make this recipe as written but as another reviewer mentioned, it definitely needs additional liquid. I added a little bit of orange juice and coconut water. Love the spicy flavor from the ginger and tartness from the lemon!
Nice a refreshing except it needs a bit more liquid than 1 tbsp of lemon juice, so I added 1/4 of coconut water.
I exchanged Kale for Spinach and added 3 ice cubes! Taste great!
