Ingredients

  1. ½ cup soy milk
  2. ½ cup fresh spinach
  3. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  4. ⅛ cup fresh mint leaves
  5. 1 tablespoon almonds
  6. 5 cubes ice, or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine soy milk, spinach, protein powder, mint leaves, almonds, and ice in a blender cup; blend until smooth.

Since I didn’t have vanilla protein I used my Vega Orange Ginger Protein Smoothie powder along with 2 tbsp So Delicious Dairy Free Coconut Milk yogurt, 1 tbsp Chia seeds and used coconut milk instead of soy. Very tasty recipe, thank you.
