Ingredients
- ¼ cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
- ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves, tightly packed
- ¼ cup parsley leaves
- ½ cup cored and chopped green apple
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ cup ice
Instructions
- Place oats, coconut milk, spinach, parsley, apple, honey, lemon juice, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
- For a smoother consistency, microwave the oats with 1/4 cup water for 1 minute, cool, then add to blender.
