Green Power Oat Smoothie

This Brunswick stew recipe is amazing and the simplest I’ve ever seen.

Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
  2. ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  3. 1 cup baby spinach leaves, tightly packed
  4. ¼ cup parsley leaves
  5. ½ cup cored and chopped green apple
  6. 1 tablespoon honey
  7. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  8. ½ cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place oats, coconut milk, spinach, parsley, apple, honey, lemon juice, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. For a smoother consistency, microwave the oats with 1/4 cup water for 1 minute, cool, then add to blender.
