Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch green beans
- Kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Pinch crushed red pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
Instructions
- Add olive oil to a large saucepan over medium heat. Add green beans and saute, until just tender, about 3 minutes. Season lightly with salt to taste and remove from heat.
- Add soy sauce, tahini, honey, sesame oil, red pepper and garlic to a small bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Drizzle mixture over beans and lightly toss to combine. Plate and serve.

Such a great way to get veggies into kiddos! I use the magic sauce as a veggie dip too. I also thin it out with a little vinegar and use it as a dressing.
