Amazing! I would keep eating this every day!
Absolutely delicious the best salad I’ve had in a very long time
Light and refreshing. The fresh dressing makes the veggie taste pop. Yum!
I love the salad and think you can add/subtract veggies you want to but then it wouldn’t be an official Greek salad. I do wish the dressing had a bit more zip.
Omitted green pepper due to allergies and added more cucumber. Doubled the recipe, ate it without the lettuce and it was amazing! Will definitely make this again!
It is great. Quick and lots of great vegies.
Great salad, can also be called Balkan salad or shepherds salad. I served tomatoes on the side (just me) and substitute banana peppers for olives but would have added olives too if I had them. Good to invest in quality feta.
Very good
First time making a greek salad. Followed the other reviews and added 2 TBSP of red wine vinegar and garlic – it was perfect, Thanks!
Love this salad! Going into our rotation of salads. Who knew that such a simple dressing would be so good!
Fabulous
This was so good!! I made for some friends that came over for dinner and it was a big hit. I will for sure make this often . It would be great for a light lunch.
This is niw my go-to for Greek Salad. Easy and delicioous!
oh my this is a great summer salad. We love garlic so I added 2 cloves to the dressing and it was perfect for us! Thanks!
Very good, even though I didn’t have any olives.
Yummy
Delicious! Made a few changes after reading others reviews. Added 2 T red wine vinegar, 3 tsps of sugar, garlic powder to taste. Perfection!!
I made this salad as a late night snack and was very pleased with the texture and flavor. Light, filling, crunchy and it cured all my cravings with a bit of sweet from the raisins. It was wonderful. Will definitely be adding it to my collection. i did have to tweek the salad dressing though, it was too bland. I simply added a tablespoon of rice vinegar with a 1/4 tsp of pepper. I think you have to definitely do the dressing to your own liking. But other than that I was satisfied. The feta cheese adds the perfect blend of flavor against the raisins. Thanks for the recipe.
Excellent. Added artichokes.
It was good, but I felt like it didn’t have much flavor, but maybe greek salad just doesn’t have a strong flavor. I did add 2T of sugar, some garlic powder and some salt. I didn’t have Red wine vinegar on hand which several people recommended. That probably would have helped. Also it’s a huge salad, I will definitely half it next time I make it for my family and use only 1/2 of the onion.
i added red wine vinegar to the dressing and added garlic salt turned out good next time i will soak the red onions in the dressing for a while
