My husband’s mother-in-law reared her children with this recipe. It’s one of my husband’s favorites, and it’s quite simple to make.

Ingredients
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Combine Parmesan cheese, dry bread crumbs, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken breasts into melted margarine, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven until chicken breasts are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 20 to 25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

This recipe is sooo simple & delicious! I make it exactly as written except for using butter instead of margarine. It’s become my favorite recipe for boneless, skinless chicken thighs, which we prefer over breasts. Moist inside with a yummy, crunchy coating.

This came out delicious! Ended up taking 35 minutes in the oven for me, but other than that I followed the recipe and the chicken had a great flavor. Served with a side of spaghetti with tomato sauce and garlic bread – everyone enjoyed.

This is my favorite chicken parm recipe ever! I use italian breadcrumbs. I make it for over 100 people at my job and it’s amazing! I dredge the chicken pretty well in liquid margarine, I believe the more, the more moist it is!
made a couple changes to fit our diet and likes. left out breadcrumbs to make it low carb and left out oregano because hubby doesn’t like it. we both liked it! thanks for sharing!

I followed the recipe exactly, and it came great! Super quick and easy…the boxed rice I put on side took longer! The chicken came juicy and tender with an awesome buttery flavor.
Overall I think the chicken tasted great! It had a lot of flavor ! The flavor was also strong, I would suggest cooking it for 10 more extra minutes instead of the 20-25 it says to do ! Because when I checked the middle of the chicken it was still a bit pink ! I also added in some little slices of butter on the bottom of the pan to help keep the chicken moist and cook with even more flavor ! All in all this recipe was very delicious!
