My cake turned out beautiful and it is so moist and delicious. I changed it up some per others reviews. I used only 1/2 cup white sugar, I used 4 bananas mashed, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped very fine pecans. It cooked in 45 minutes. I used my go to Cream cheese frosting recipe and that added the special touch. You could omit the frosting and it would still be a great cake.

We loved it! It is without a doubt the best that I have had. I won’t be making banana bread again, this will be my go to banana cake and banana bread recipe. Thank you for sharing

1st time making this. My family LOVED it!!!

Oh it’s yummy! I added a handful of chopped pecans, because everything is better with pecans, but the recipe is awesome anyway. I already ate 2 pieces and it’s not even quite cold yet.

Coincidentally, my name is Bertha and I am a grandma, so I am also Grandma Bertha. I just had to make this cake with my name on it. Well, it is absolutely delicious! Not very sweet. I added some chocolate chips because we love chocolate in our family. I served it with whipped cream. I highly recommend this recipe. Yummy!

Very moist and so simple to make!!

I wasn’t too impressed. Moist and crumbly, tasted like bananas somewhat but was lacking in flavor depth.

Absolutely delicious! By far the best banana cake recipe I’ve tried

not much for bananas but this beats banana bread by far. I used less sugar in the recipe but did sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. Nice texture and perfect consistency.

This came out great. I added 1/2 C of chocolate chips to the recipe. I will definitely make this again.

This is a great tasting cake but I wonder how people were able to cook it in a bundt form as shown on some posted pictures. Mine turned moist, soft and fluffy, and fell out completely broken from the bundt. Husband ate cake pieces with a spoon thinking it was supposed to be some sort of crumble cake 🙂 I decided to play along and claimed the best wife trophy once again. Next time I will use spring form and cake will be amazing. Listening to suggestions from other reviewers, I added baking soda and baking powder, vanilla extract, and decorated with crushed walnuts. Thank you for this fantastic recipe!

Made it quick and easy, it didn’t last long. I will make it again.

This was amazing! Moist and full of flavor! I made a simple cream cheese frosting for the perfect topping. Will definitely make again.

Delicious! I added vanilla and salt because I love vanilla and salt in my cakes. And my bananas were too ripe to cut so they got lightly mashed. The best banana cake recipe I’ve ever made, especially with a carmel glaze.

I can’t believe how easy it was. The only thing that I did different was to add vanilla.
