Ingredients

  1. 8 Anaheim peppers
  2. 2 packages chive cream cheese
  3. 4 ounces prosciutto
  4. 2 teaspoons dried basil flakes
  5. 1 package bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Chop off top of peppers and remove seeds. Mix cream cheese, prosciutto, and basil together. Stuff peppers with ham and cheese mixture. Wrap with bacon, grill until done, about 5 minutes.
