We had never heard of scapes before. Made it exactly to recipe. We made a double batch. It is so good! It went so fast at our get together! Went back the next week to our CSA and got more scapes! Easy and tasty recipe.
Delicious. I came on looking for garlic scape recipes (I picked fresh today). I left out the garlic clove, but I used everything else. The lemon really helped. This was so good.
This is to die for!!! Perfect the way it is although I had to halve the ingredients because I only had 4 oz. of goat cheese. Spread on plain stone wheat crackers to enjoy the flavors. Garlic scapes are amazing in everything.
