Ingredients

  1. 20 ounces grated Pecorino Romano
  2. 2 cups mayonnaise
  3. 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  4. 2 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
  5. 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  6. Pinch cayenne pepper
  7. Dash hot red pepper sauce
  8. 3 long loaves Italian bread, split lengthwise

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except the bread, together in a large bowl. Spread on bread and toast.

Absolutely delicous. I made it once and loved it, and the second time took it up a notch and added 2 cans of chopped artichokes and baked it in a dish, then used it as a dip/spread. Amazing.
