A just-right recipe for garlicy, crunchy bread! While I used a crunchy baguette which resulted in an even crunchier bite, I would try a French loaf next time to have more of a buttery, soft bite.

This is a hit every time I make this. I do have one question, which type of bread is best to use? Just curious as to what everybody is using.

Good, not great. The oil and butter didn’t infuse with enough garlic flavor just by heating in the microwave for a minute, and I used the rest of my bulb which was probably 6 plus cloves smashed. The Parmesan on top was good though.

I gave this a 5 star review the first time. After making this bread again, it deserves a thumbs up. Easy & delish.

Absolutely deeeelish and easy! I like to sauté the garlic in the butter and oil just a little bit longer in a small pan as I don’t like raw garlic. I’m making it again tonight and this time gonna broil with some muzz!

My son said he could eat this bread every day for a year. I think that sums it up!

I tried every candle, I tried every torch, I tried every lighter, but this magic garlic bread is the only thing that was able to rekindle the garlicless fire in my soul. I must be dreaming.
