I love this salad. It’s so versatile! I added some fresh herbs from my garden. It makes a great side dish on its own, but just by adding tuna or rotisserie chicken it goes from a side dish to an entrée! The perfect summer salad!
We love this in the summer I make the whole recipe and divide it in 3 containers. 1 as the recipe is, #2 – we add rottiserie chicken for another quick meal.. #3 – we add a pound of cooked shrimp. Tada- 3 easy meals we use Newman’s own Italian dressing, and vary some veggies to what we have on hand
Love this pasta salad! My go to for pot lucks, since it doesn’t need to be hot. Always a hit! Making it for about the fifth time now to take to a work Christmas party tomorrow. I like to make it a day ahead. It’s a lot of chopping, and I feel like the flavors meld together when it sits for a bit. I add a dash of red wine vinegar sometimes too. And use a good refrigerated Italian dressing. It’s awesome!
This came together easily and was really delicious. I also added fresh parsley, basil and oregano from the garden.
