I was looking for some snacks for my daughter and her friend and I came across this one from one of the pull out booklets from the FN magazine. Kinda messy but cool. Gotta spread the mixture really super thin. Made three roll ups, not one.

I only gave it 2 stars because it was very quick and very easy to make. I used strawberry preserves since my kids love strawberries but they took one bite and spit it out. I let them “cool” overnight but they were still slimy and flimsy when I pulled them off the paper. They may work better if I put them in the fridge or freezer and then serve them. I will try that the next time I make them. yes, I’m going to try this again. I’ll add to my review when I do.
