Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying, or as needed
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup peach pie filling
- 12 (6 inch) flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a brown paper bag.
- Put about 1 tablespoon pie filling in the center of each tortilla and roll up like a burrito, folding both ends over.
- Lower burritos carefully into the hot oil in batches. Fry until medium brown and crispy, turning once, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain and then shake in the paper bag until coated with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining burritos.
- Use any fruit pie filling you like.

I did not find peach pie filling but I did find apricot pie filling so that’s what I went with. 1 tbs of pie filling is way too little. My can of pie filling was 12 oz. and I got 4 burritos with 3 tbs of filling in each one. Delicious.
