This is the best recipe quick and easy. Just add your own spices. All the other recipes call for buttermilk. who keeps that.

This was a quick and simple recipe. I used thighs to give meatiness to the recipe. These take about 10 minutes longer to cook than the recipe specifies. I also used panko crumbs instead of flour and added fresh ground pepper as well. They were nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. A very quick method for a tasty quick meal.

Honestly, did anyone expect this recipe to taste good? There is nothing about it that says “Flavor”. Use your heads!

It was not the best.

I love how “Anonymous” rated this recipe with 5 stars over and over again in an effort to bump it’s rating up. Bad chicken is bad. I’m sure my german shepherd would enjoy it though.

This recipe sounds bland and tasteless. the only flavor in the breading is salt. Which causing me to ask the ones who have left negative reviews, did you really read the recipe and think it would be flavorfull? For any one who enjoys the simple flavor of chicken, this would probably be good for you.

Used to cook from scratch, love to barbecue. Then I saw Sandra Lee and love Bobby Flay! Now I combine many of the two’s ideas. This recipe was screaming, “jazz me up”. I love Sandra’s answer to spices, ie.open one taco seasoning packet. I did. I received rave reviews when I made a second, bigger batch for my grown sons discerning (my fault) taste buds.
People, people, people, don’t make a huge recipe for the first try! Improvise, create and modify to what your guests will like. She’s not telling you how to cook.

Had some extra chicken left over and didn’t really know what to do with it. Never tried making fried chicken before so I went for what looked like the most basic recipe. Now unlike others I had no expectations that this recipe would provide much flavor given the ingredients. The result however was not only tasteless, but it was terribly greasy – even by fried chicken stadards. Had to baby each piece to make sure each was cooked evenly, ugh. Tried to eat this stuff but it was pretty gross and just ended up throwing it away. Much better recipes out there i’m sure.
