French Lentil Dip

Excellent dip for a healthy diet!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup cooked Puy lentils
  2. 2 medium green onions, chopped
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 2 tablespoons raw walnuts
  5. 1 tablespoon oil, or more as needed
  6. 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  7. 1 tablespoon tamari
  8. salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked lentils, green onions, garlic, walnuts, mustard, tamari, salt, and pepper in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth.
  2. Drizzle oil through the chute and process to desired consistency.
