Reviews
Everyone I serve this recipe to loves it. I use my stand mixer to whip the sugar and eggs until creamy.
Susan surely did something wrong giving a poor rating.

Moist and delicious, but not as good as my other banana breads. I was expecting something ultra-delicious compared to my other recipes, given the comments and rave reviews. Though still great!
Love this recipe! I bake it in 4 small loaf pans for 30 minutes. Perfect to make for friends
or freeze them.
or freeze them.
I have made banana bread 100,000 times the way I make it. I tried it this way and it was horrible way too greasy way too sweet disgusting I had to throw it out.
Please food network parse steps into three steps. I mixed sugar into the flour instead of whipping with egg first!
Beautifully moist and great flavor
EXCELLENT RECIPE!! I add babana extract to bump up the Nana flavor even more. As another recommended, I too use coconut oil instead of regular. This To me brings this recipe a solid 10!
Delicious!
Save this recipe! Honestly delicious. I’ve made it three times and it comes out perfect every time. I substituted coconut sugar for white sugar and it added a wonderful brown sugar flavor. (If using coconut sugar, decrease the bake time 5-10 minutes. )
This is the best! I replaced oil with coconut oil, it’s all I had. Replaced sour cream with 5% fat yogurt. I will definitely make this again.
