The flan produced by the Instant Pot is creamier than a typical custard flan and is incredibly soft and supple. You can taste the Vietnamese flavor of the dessert as it is steamed in the Instant Pot while also recognizing the French influence in this Vietnamese rendition of the “creme caramel.” The meal is tasty to the fullest because of its delicate texture and vanilla taste.

Ingredients
- ½ small cucumber, sliced thin
- ½ nectarine, pitted and chopped
- ½ lemon, sliced
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ½ lime, sliced
- ½ lime, juiced
- 4 slices ginger root, peeled, or more to taste
- 10 melissa leaves (lemon balm), or more to taste
- 2 quarts water
- 1 drop liquid stevia, or to taste
Instructions
- Place cucumber, nectarine, lemon slices, lemon juice, lime slices, lime juice, ginger, and melissa leaves in a large pitcher; mash gently with a wooden spoon. Pour in water, stir, and refrigerate until flavors blend, 2 hours to overnight. Strain; serve over ice.
- I prefer to use organic lemons and limes.
- Melissa leaves can be substituted with fresh mint leaves; lime substituted with slices and juice of a red grapefruit; and nectarine substituted with peach, if desired.
- If you like your water fizzy, add some sparkling mineral water as well.
- Pitcher can be refilled with water 1 to 2 more times before it loses flavor. Keeps for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

Loved it. Will make again and again even if not exact to the recipe, you can put what you have on hand in a pitcher and enjoy! Very easy.
I have tried other flavored waters before most of them usually included mint, grapefruit, orange, cucumber, etc., I really enjoyed how beautiful this flavored water was, and it was quite refreshing!
