Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce Aperol
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 ounce maple syrup
- Soda water
- Lemon zest, for garnish
Instructions
- Place the gin, Aperol, lemon juice, egg white and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 15 seconds. Place ice into the shaker and shake again. Strain the cocktail into a coupe or martini glass. Top with a splash of soda and grate some lemon zest over the cocktail to garnish.
