With a sweet, sour, and salty glaze, rich and meaty pork belly is cooked slowly for incredible flavor and texture. Noodles or yellow rice may be served on top. Add additional glaze, then top with scallions as a garnish.

Awesome
Chicken for the lamb. Only one egg.
These are delicious, and easy for a guy who is ‘not’ a legend in the kitchen. Had some strait out of griller (Oz broiler), and put rest in fridge. Great cold too, as snack. Thank you
These got high ratings all around the table. We recommend not skimping on the garlic and pepper.
so simple with a wonderfully slight olive & feta zip. I paired with pesto & farfalle for what my husband praised as a restaurant quality meal!
Delicious, and they make a fabulous appetizer.
FIRST THING I TRIPLED THE RECIPE, GOT TO HAVE ENOUGH FOR LATER. THIS RECIPE WAS SO EASY & THE FLAVOR WAS SPOT ON. I USED SOME IN MY SPAGHETTI, HOMEMADE SAUCE, HOMEMADE PASTA. THE WHOLE FAMILY LOVED IT. I MIGHT NOT MAKE MY ITALIAN MEATBALLS FOR AWHILE…LOL. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A GREAT RECIPE.
Subbed ground turkey and added to my favorites! Love it!
These were delicious ! Cooked on first side for approx 12 minutes, then after flipping, another approx 5 minutes. Skipped parsley as I’m not a fan. Highly recommend.
Only thing I changed was adding 2 cloves fresh minced garlic. Best lamb meatballs I’ve had! thank you for the recipe
So easy to put together for a delicious and quick meal. Followed directions exactly and even my picky eater liked and asked that I make them again. Next time I will only use one egg and try the kalamata olives instead of green, but these were excellent!
Absolutely delicious 🙂
Absolutely delicious 🙂
Delicious and Keto friendly. My husband suggested this recipe would also make great burgers.
delish and easy….10.27.19 update- I’ve made these a couple of times since posting this very rudimentary review and the last time was for a couple of friends- one being ‘vegan’…. he LOVED them and they both polished off the entire tray! Needless to say, HUGE thumbs up. Also, my cousin who is on WW couldn’t stop raving how good this evening. 🙂 No sauce, no other condiments, so good on their own! Used all lamb from my sisters farm. Going back in a couple of weeks to score more ground lamb from her!
I took these for a potluck & it was a hit! I was asked for the recipe repeatedly. Used turkey in a double batch with just 1 egg. It was so moist it wouldn’t hold the meatball shape, so I flattened them into mini patties. I thought maybe leave out the egg next time but the finished product would likely be too dry. I used Greek rather than Italian seasoning because it just seemed right. I also provided tzatziki for dip. Next time I might add a little chopped spinach.
The best meatballs I’ve ever had. Everyone in the family backs this statement!!
I used large green Greek olives, goat cheese, dried fennel and a little sambal oelek for some heat. Made them small for appetizers and served with a yogurt, garlic and dill dip. Delicious!
