Question: How long does this last in a shaker or jar?
It’s perfect on almost everything! Better than store bought since you can make a fresh batch and store it in smaller amounts. I also like to have control over the amount of salt used. Just enough is better than too much!
We use this seasoning on so many things – my husband likes it on his meatball wraps, I add it to salads – versatile and delicious.
Used it to season veggies …. also onions peppers and spinach right before adding eggs for delicious seasoning in an omelet. Mix it with ranch dressing and butter to make a tasty savory “ Chex mix” . …
Easy
I would like a little bit softer dark brown onions..
Sunflower seeds.
…Sunflower. Seeds.
Everything bagels almost always include sunflower seeds.
A little to salty for my taste. Next time I will cut the salt in half. Other than that, this is a great mix. I put it on my pizza crust – it was wonderful!
After making deviled eggs”touch” a white tip of the egg into the bagel seasoning …dramatic and delish
Excellent mix for bagels. I use this mix on my sourdough baguettes and rustic sourdough bread. Great mix. Each component compliments the entire mix.
