I made this grilled cheese for lunch today with cheese I had on hand (colby jack). It was fun to cook, looked great on the plate and with the addition of a pickle spear, it filled me up completely! It was the perfect fast lunch!
This recipe is so good and easy, too.
The show I saw, you did this with the muffin inside out. This makes the grilled cheese sandwaich nice and crispy. Best I have ever had.
Just like mama used to make. With the help of a little mustard, this went well with soup.
