Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons peanut chili sauce
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons Ogo seaweed (optional)
  3. 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  4. 2 tablespoons toasted, chopped macadamia nuts
  5. 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
  6. 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  8. 1 pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, medium-diced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chili sauce, seaweed, green onions, macadamia nuts, peanut butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil and mix well. Add the tuna and gently fold together.
