Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup eggnog
  2. 1/2 cup maple syrup
  3. 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the egg nog and maple syrup in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced by one-quarter, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and swirl in the butter to melt.
  2. Serve warm as a topping for pancakes, French toast or waffles.

this was so easy to make and really good on anything you would use syrup on. I always have eggnog left over. Not anymore.
