Ingredients

  1. ½ cup mayonnaise
  2. ½ cup sour cream
  3. 1 tablespoon curry powder
  4. 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  5. 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  7. ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  8. ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  9. ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, curry powder, turmeric, onion, lemon juice, garlic salt, cumin, and cayenne in a bowl. Stir until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  2. Make it spicy or not with the use of cayenne pepper; I use about 1/8 teaspoon.
