Agree one and a half minutes is plenty time to cook. I haven’t tried one and a quarter minutes but I may next time. Also I will increase sugar to one tablespoon. Unless of course you are serving it with sweetened whipped cream them keep it to the half tablespoon.
Easy to make with few ingredients. Could use a bit more sugar. I cooked mine a minute and a half and it was perfect. Two minutes would have been way too long. My son is happy so I will make again.
Just a warning to mix it WELL before putting it in the microwave, it’s my fault because I ended up with chocolate scrambled eggs, so just make sure to mix it.
I think the cooking time needs to be shortened. Muffin was tasty but rubbery tough. Next time I will check at 1 3/4 minutes.
