It’s a great starting point for chili! I love to add brown sugar and cocoa powder! Or just the way the recipe says is great too!

I left out the Bell Pepper. Not a fan. This is good ol’ regular chili!

Tasty for a different change in chili.

I didn’t have a jalapeño and we love it. I’m sure it’s great with the pepper also. I half the recipe (just 2 of us) but add the whole can of beans. Served with cornbread

My first time making chili, and I’m no chili aficionado, but I think this was pretty good! I was just looking for something easy to put together with ingredients I have at home and this certainly fit the bill. the only adjustment I made was to add an extra can of black beans. Very good. Hubby and son liked it as well.

No changes at all. Great chili recipe. If you want to add more spice, do it. An easy chili recipe I will use from now on.

Very good chilli. I used 5 fresh chilli peppers in place of the chilli powder. I cooked it without salt and it still had really good flavor.

Added tin of black beans for more fibre and reduced the hot peppers but otherwise followed the recipe and made it in the slow cooker. Family liked it.
