Ingredients

  1. 1 cup ice cubes
  2. 1 cup cold coffee
  3. 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 1 cup cold water
  5. ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Place ice, coffee, and cocoa powder in a blender; blend until no big ice chunks remain. Add water and sweetened condensed milk; blend until smooth.

Working from home during the pandemic, missed my Caribou fix. I had to add the chocolate in the glass whipped cream, topping with drizzle of more chocolate syrup.Even at Caribou decaf, expresso is my base. I followed the recipe. Yum yum!
