Tasty and very easy to make. Succulent pork and flavoursome coating
Muito Bom Hora de Receitas
Seasoning was great. Had thick chops about 1.50 inch. Took twice the recipe time.
Very good!!
Used center cut pork chops. The seasoning ratio is dead on for flavor. I have an oven type air fryer and needed to go 400 degrees for 14 minutes flipping halfway through. I want to try this recipe on the bar-b -que pit! Allrecipes is always my go to!
These pork chops are awesome! I used boneless pork chops that were maybe 2/3-3/4” thick. I always use fresh Parmesan, but I decided to get that cardboard tube of Parmesan for “breading” purposes (because it is much finer) and this was a good choice. The finer powder-like Parmesan mixed well with the spices and provided much better coating. I also lightly sprayed the with oil after coating. This allowed the coating to stay in place and I think added to the crispness of the coating. Air fryer @ 375° for 6 minutes, turn and continue at same temp for 5 minutes. Came out perfectly done (internal temp about 150°) with delicious crispy crust. My grandson kept asking for bites Honestly, I am going to say the quickest, easiest, best pork chop ever in my past 64 years! I am in the habit of making something different every day and I have very very few “return-to” recipes. This is a definite “do-again”. 100 Stars!
Excellent recipe. Very easy too!
It was fairly easy to prepare. I used fresh parsley and fresh garlic in the “rub” but otherwise followed the directions. My chop was thicker so I had to cook it longer than the time in the directions. The air fryer was rather hard to clean up after the melted cheese so I may not be making it again.
Dry
Really good. Thank you. No changes
Easy, moist and delicious! I followed the recipe exactly.
I liked the ease of making such a yummy dinner. I added some onion powder and used smoked paprika. Also, sprayed with Olive oil before coating. Used 2 thick boneless cuts of meat. Cooked for 14 minutes @ 380. Perfectly done.
This is delicious! II made it once with Parmesan, and later, twice with Romano cheese. I also made it using rock fish. It’s quick and delicious. My pork chops were larger than normal so they took about 3 minutes longer to reach 145° F.
I just made these for supper! Usually my pork chops turn out dry, and hard! I did this recipe and oh my, they were absolutely delicious! Thank you Kim
My husband really doesn’t care much for pork chops in general, but the last time I made this recipe, he loved it. I’m so glad I found a way to prepare them that’s still so juicy and tender. In fact, I’m making these for the second time tonight. Thanks, again!
absolutely loved this! quick and easy. Juicy meat. Thank you!
I really liked the flavor of the rub, however, hubby thought there was too much pepper in the mix and has asked that the next time I make it, that I cut back on it. The chops came out juicy and nicely done. I’m very pleased with this recipe. Better yet – it’s low in carbs, so we had a nice, tasty and healthy meal!
This recipe is so easy and makes perfect chops! Put the remaining Parmesan mixture on top of the chops and pat it down flat before baking for an extra scrumptious topping. It works out beautifully and does not burn the Parmesan when using an air fryer.
Really good flavor. Used 400 degrees and we like ours well done so added 5 minutes. Would recommend this recipe. Also very easy.
Made this tonight for dinner it’s the first time I have made anything off of online before. I will definitely be making this one again. It was very tender and juicy. My family loves it .
Came out amazing!! Used shredded Parmesan instead and I think it was a great idea!
