Great for a cozy weekend afternoon drink. I found dulce de leche in a squirt bottle with a snap top. Much more convenient than the can.

Love love love….made it this evening and my son who doesn’t like coffee drank most of it

WOW! This was absolutely fantastic! It is a dessert by itself! You actually don’t need any other, though I did serve mine with homemade chocolate chip cookies (biscotti would be great too which my girlfriends went crazy over dipping in their coffee! I added about a tsp. of caramel-flavored coffee syrup to the coffee mixture. You don’t really need to, though…just a personal preference. It looked beautiful served in clear glass, irish coffee cups! This was so delicious that I went right out and bought a few extra cans of Dulce de Leche to have on hand in my pantry. I found our Wal-Mart more likely to carry it than our local grocery stores, however…and yes, on the hispanic aisle!

Dulce De Leche is a hispanic product sold on the hispanic aisle of the grocery store. It is like very thick, sweet caramel & is delicious in this recipe. Thank you Ree for a wonderful drink.
Anthony Taylor
That is exactly where it is in our stores, its a “Hispanic” product.

Why would she have to rephrase “the Hispanic Aisle”? What would you call it?!

wonderful flavor….I cut back just a little bit on the dulce-de-leche so it wouldn’t be quite as sweet and we loved it. It isn’t something I would serve every day but it was a grand treat

This was so good! I just made it for my family and it was big HIT! My mom even enjoyed it and she is not a big coffee drinker. Thanks Ree and Paula!
