Ingredients

  1. 4 tablespoons paprika
  2. 2 tablespoons celery salt
  3. 2 tablespoons salt
  4. 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  5. 2 tablespoons cumin
  6. 2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
  7. 1 tablespoon white sugar
  8. 1 tablespoon ground oregano
  9. 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  10. 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  11. 2 teaspoons sage leaves or rosemary, crumbled
  12. 2 bay leaves, crumbled
  13. 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Store in a jar with tight-fitting lid. Makes enough to coat 3 to 4 slabs of ribs.;
