I found this recipe a few years ago here and it’s been a staple in our house. It’s always the best dinner of the week when we have it! Pairs great with coconut rice and spicy cucumber salad!

I marinated for about 2.5 hours. Then grilled in foil packets containing some of the marinade. It was delicious! I heated the remaining marinade to use for additional sauce when serving.

I absolutely love this recipe. I do use low sodium soy sauce, and brown sugar substitute. i bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Next going to try to grill.

this is so easy and has become a staple in our home. I followed the recipe as written; my only change was that I bake my salmon at 400 degrees for 12 min and broil it for the last 3 minutes and it turns out perfect everytime!

Followed the recipe exactly, was short on time , it marinated for 2 hours. First time I remember having a second piece of salmon at dinner. So easy! Company worthy. Will definitely be making this many times.

My husband never eats salmon and he loved it… Also, I used the air fryer 390° for 7 minutes !!!

I made this exactly as the recipe says. Good and will try again with a couple of changes to the process. I marinated this for about 8 hours. I think maybe overnight would work better. Will give that a shot next time. Also, I’ll not discard the marinade after removing the fish. Instead, I’ll spoon some of it on the salmon before placing it in the broiler, and then spoon more over the salmon near the end so it can caramalize.

This was extremely tasty I would recommend highly

I was not a salmon lover until I made this recipe. I made this for my son and he had me taste it. I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent!

The flavor was good but it was way too salty in my opinion. I even used only 1.5 tsp of the lemon pepper which the first ingredient on it’s bottle is “salt”. I will scale that down even more and try to use low sodium soy sauce as well. I ended up baking it at 400 b/c I was also roasting some veggies to go with it.

I made this exactly as written and marinated it for 4-6 hours. After that I baked it. I eat a lot of Salmon and this marinade was a really tasty change.

So yummy 🙂 We were late getting groceries so I only had the fish in the marinade for maybe an hour. It was still so good!

I absolutely love this recipe!!! I have made it several times and it is my family’s favorite salmon recipe. I’ve tried a few different suggested ways of cooking it from the comments and I’d say the best I’ve found is to cover a cookie sheet with foil and cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. It’s comes out perfect every time. I’d definitely say if you have time to marinate the full time there’s more flavor in the meat and practically no “fishy” taste but it’s still delicious if you don’t have time to marinate very long as well. Definitely my go to salmon recipe.

My family loves it!!!????

It tasted great But after broiling it for ten minutes it looked like charcoal. Because it is marinaded when I make it again next I will bake it between 15 to 20 minutes then broil it for three minutes to sear the crust.

This was fantastic! I followed the recommendation to bake in foil and then broil to sear. Added much more garlic and I used high quality EVOO. Added a little fresh lemon juice to top off the marinade. Strongly recommend marinading 24 hours as the result was fabulous!

Made this just today and it was delicious!! Easy to follow recipe for us novice cooks. Will definitely make it again!

Simple and delicious!

Loved the marinade. The only thing I did differently was adding white pepper because I didn’t have any lemon pepper. And I baked the salmon at 425F for 8 minutes instead of broiling because I was roasting asparagus and sweet potato fries to go with it. Will definitely make this marinade again!

The flavor is fine but marinading fish for that long dries it out. Also broiling for that long burns the marinade: I had to complete the cooking on bake for a few more minty
Brianna Estes
Delicious! Didn’t have lemon pepper so used 2 tbl lemon juice. Grilled on charcoal grill skin side down until internal temp was 145°F. Perfect, will definitely make this again.
