Reviews
I am always looking for a quick muffin recipe and love dates, so, thought I would give this a try. My husband and I were not fans of this recipe. The muffin was very dense and tasted like a slightly chewy biscuit. It didn’t have the lighter muffin texture I am used to and had very little sweetness to it. I don’t believe I will be making these again.
