Great recipe. I had to make my vegetable stock with seasonings. Perfect.

Fantastic. I find normal scalloped potatoes hurt my stomach due to all the dairy, but this was just perfect. My husband who is a huge scalloped potato fan also loved it. I made a half recipe and probably didn’t end up using as many potatoes (though mine were very large) and it baked up in just over an hour. I think it really depends on the oven!

I made it step by step and can’t wait to try it

I wasn’t really looking for dairy free so I made it with butter and it was really good. The leftovers really work as well. This will be something I make all of the time now.

My family loved these better than the ones with butter. I also used gluten free flour to make it dairy and gluten free for a family member. Excellent dish.
