Ingredients

  1. ¾ cup almond milk, or more as needed
  2. ½ cup pumpkin puree
  3. ½ frozen banana
  4. 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  5. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, pumpkin puree, banana, protein powder, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender. Blend until smooth, 15 to 30 seconds. If mixture is too thick, add more almond milk or water to achieve desired consistency.

I liked this but not enough to make it again. Followed the recipe as written and topped it off with non dairy whipped cream.
