This soup is simple to make but delicious and filling on a chilly winter night. Adults and children alike adore it!

Ingredients

  1. 22 fluid ounces water
  2. 4 slices tangerine
  3. 5 slices cucumber
  4. 2 sprigs thyme

Instructions

  1. Combine water, tangerine slices, cucumber slices, and thyme sprigs in a 32-ounce mason jar or pitcher. Stir gently.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. Use sparkling water if preferred.

This was pretty good but I didn’t love the thyme. I’d like to try this again using basil or even mint. Overall a great way to get the much needed H2o though.
