Crispy Air Fryer Broccoli with Sweet Chili Sauce

  5.0 – 2 reviews  • Broccoli

Because I adore coconut, this easy recipe for coconut cake is one of my faves. The recipe has mostly been eyeing the ingredients, so I made an effort to write one. This has long been a part of my family.

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Additional Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 25 mins
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  1. 1 large head broccoli, stems peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick, florets separated
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  4. 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce or to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine broccoli, olive oil, and soy sauce in a resealable bag and toss to coat. Set aside to allow the broccoli to soak up the oil, about 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat an air fryer to 360 degrees F (182 degrees C).
  3. Place broccoli in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes, shaking air fryer basket halfway through. You may have to do 2 batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Broccoli will be crisp-tender with lightly charred edges. Add 2 to 3 minutes more of cook time if you like your broccoli more tender.
  4. Transfer broccoli to a bowl and toss with sweet chili sauce.

I have made this twice now, with and without the sweet chili sauce, depending on what I’m serving it with. Delicious!
