Ingredients
- One 18-ounce ball pizza dough
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- 8 ounces ricotta cheese
- 5 ounces shredded meatballs
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 525 to 500 degrees F, or the highest possible temperature.
- Stretch the dough into an 18-inch circle. Cover the dough with the mozzarella and Parmesan. Top evenly with the ricotta and meatballs.
- Bake the pizza for 8 to 10 minutes, then ladle on the sauce evenly and bake for 1 minute longer. Serve.

This pizza is the bomb! The meatballs with the ricotta are the most perfect ingredients on this, and the SAUCE!! HEAVEN!! I still have dreams about this pizza!! I will make it back, and have this pizza before I die!
