This is a perfect school night meal. I make this often. Very easy to prepare. The recipe is perfect the way it’s written and tastes great with bone-in pork chops or chicken breasts. The cooking time stays about the same.

Yummy! I usually always use boneless pork chops?? Tonite I used 4 big chicken thighs(Skin on), browned them in a pan with oil for about 10 minutes on each side (medium heat). I doubled the soup but left the ranch dressing the same (2cans Cream of Mushroom to 1 pkg. Ranch seasoning) then prepared soup mixture as directed, added in a can of mushrooms. Poured soup mixture over chicken in a Pyrex dish. Covered with aluminum foil baked in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes (uncover last 10 minutes). Make sure internal temperature of chicken is 165°. Hubby loved it, I lost my taste but it was very moist?????? I will definitely make this again.

Super yummy and easy. I used Basmati extra long rice in the rice cooker. I had 6 thin pork chops so I browned them and chopped them up before adding the soup mix. I added extra ranch seasoning and that was a bad move. It was a lil too powering but that was my fault, lol. I also added my normal seasonings to taste such as garlic herb mix and grill seasoning. Thats a personal preference Id think.

GREAT!! used hidden valley fiesta ranch, cooked the pork chops a lot longer. Just the right spice for me .

I was able to work with what I had, but me and my family ate it like it was ice cream! Even my mother, who had a very sensitive stomach, was able to eat it and loved it!

Tried it with cream of mushroom first then cream of chicken like some reviewers suggested. Stick with the cream of mushroom even if your not a fan of it normally.

This was ok. I’m glad I seasoned my meat with pepper, seasoned salt, garlic and onion powder. I also added onions and mushrooms. Otherwise, it would’ve been very bland. My family raved about it, but I didn’t care for the ranch dressing taste all that much. It was a somewhat weird combo with the cream of mushroom soup. Overall, not horrible.

I have been making a variation of this with chicken for years – on this recipe I did Not use the paprika and I added grated cheese – Everyone Loved It – No leftovers

I made it and it was excellent! I would have not cooked the pork chops as long but you never know with pork! I also had mashed potatoes instead of rice so I haven’t made that yet!

Creamy, flavorfully seasoned. I used non fat milk and reserved the pork chops to another plate while making the sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed this dish with white rice. It is now one of my favorites.

Added Lemon Pepper but didn’t need to, the flavor was excellent and pork chops very tender.

We loved this recipe. I followed the recipe, only I simmered the pork chops an hour. The meat was moist and very tender.

This was a really good and quite easy recipe. The family, which includes some picky eaters all really enjoyed it!!!

The chops, the gravy, and the rice were very tasty. Contrary to many of the reviews, we had plenty of gravy without doubling it. The chops were pretty tough though. I had hoped they’d be a little more tender with the simmering in the gravy. Thus the 4 instead of 5 stars.
