Ingredients

  1. 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, undrained
  2. 1 pint vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place crushed pineapple, ice cream, milk, and cinnamon into a blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth.

OMG, so good ! I had strawberry ice cream and vanilla so used both. I think using fresh pineapple made this extra flavorful. Leave out the cinnamon, why ruin a good fruit shake with it ?

Make it healthier and use for a single serve shake 1 cup frozen pineapple, 1/2 cup dannon fit and light vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup blue diamond 30 calorie unsweetened original almond milk.

Used almond ice cream (recipe from this site) instead of vanilla, but this is a very refreshing shake.
