Instructions
- Whisk 1/4 cup each buttermilk and sour cream with 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest and 1 teaspoon lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce tossed with 2 large quartered peaches. Season with salt and pepper; top with crumbled cooked bacon and finely chopped chives.

This was a very attractive salad to present to my friends at a dinner party. A number of people commented on how delish it looked. It was super simple to make and would travel well with the bacon/chives and dressing separate; a very nice salad to make with summer peaches. The iceberg lettuce though was a little bla, about what you would expect from iceberg lettuce.
