Not yet. But it sounds good. Looking forward to making it soon
A nice cold salad! Great sauce, I am guessing it would be adaptable to other uses too, like pasta salads or sandwich spread. I added about a half cup of crumbled feta cheese. That worked very well.
I added 1/4C more sour cream because my family likes extra sauce. This is such an easy and quick recipe. Will be trying again! Thanks
Great salad. Nearly finished the entire salad. Boy am I stuffed.
Husband hated it…said it was horrible. I thought it was just OK. Will not be making again.
I’ve made this 2 times now and will be making it again today. I added in small sweet yellow onion the second time and took it to a neighborhood BBQ. Everyone loved it!!!
This was ok. The cucumbers and tomatoes are great, but the dressing doesn’t have much flavor. I probably will not make this again.
I wouldn’t make this again. It could just be our taste, but we didn’t care for this recipe….
Not a huge fan of this.
Refreshing and quick to make. This is a great way to use the garden surplus.
i used dill pollen instead of fresh dill.
A+
Nice & light. Perfect salad for hot days.
I didn’t have all of the ingredients and it was still fantastic!
I used dill and basil from my garden. Except for the basil, I followed the recipe. It was delicious. The salad disappeared quickly and everyone loved it.
From the photos, but not the recipe, I learned that “1 large cucumber, quartered” apparently means “1 large cucumber, quartered lengthwise, then thinly sliced crosswise.” By the way, since the cucumber skin is to be eaten, you probably want to make a point of using a cucumber fresh from the garden or farmer’s market, not a waxed cucumber from a supermarket. (Kirby, Persian, mini and English seedless cucumbers always seem to be unwaxed, though, even in supermarkets.)
it a great dish for the summer 🙂
YUMMY light tasty salad great for hot summer dinners. I made my own balsamic dressing. EXCELLENT summer salad
loved it so good
This is my new creamy go to salad dressing
I added green onion, crushed garlic and a little cayenne pepper. It tasted great.
