Reviews
Awful…. Just awful.
It’s good. Easy to prep and cook.
This was super tasty! I made it with German egg noodles and since I didn’t have marsala wine, I used Pinot Grigio and brandy. SO good and my hubby loved it! Definitely a make again meal – the 20 minute total prep plus cook was spot on!
This recipe was great! It’s simple, easy to make and quick. It was absolutely delicious. I like garlic powder so I added some of that to my recipe. I served it over riced cauliflower. This was a low cal dinner that tasted absolutely delicious!!
Very good actually. I did read other reviews but still decided to find out on my own. I noticed that it was a little soupy, but I personally like more sauce when it comes to this kind of dish. I didn’t notice the overpowering taste of onion until the next day so next time I’ll cut the small onion into half. If you wanted to thicken the broth some just add a little more cream of mushroom soup to it. I also added garlic, and opted for season salt, garlic powder, and black pepper instead of just salt and pepper.
Easy to fix. Will use real Marsala wine instead of marsala cooking wine which has little taste in dish when finished. Added 5 oz of heavy cream. Final result was satisfactory except very liquid. Wanted a thicker sauce. Served with spaghetti pasta instead of white rice.
Very good! I just happened to have 1 cup of Marsala in my pantry, so I thought I would give it a try. Well worth the time! I served it over hot broccoli and my husband loved it!
Too much onion flavor. Very thin, needed a thicker sauce
I used turkey cutlets, left them whole, used regular sliced mushrooms, and it was delicious!
Was really creamy tasty. I did double the recipe. And added 1 cup of heavy cream
Very simple yet delicious. We served it over spiral zucchini.
I’ve made this using the recipe exactly as written and it never fails to be a family and guest pleaser??
Very east and tasty!
It was so good..I’ll definately make this one again
I had to add cornstarch to the pan as it was too soupy. The sauce was bland.
Made this last might, my wife and I both liked it. I Didn’t have Marsala wine on hand, I used Rhine wine instead. Other than that it was made as written. It’s a keeper. In the future I might use cream of celery or cream of chicken soup.
So easy and delicious. Will be making this for next dinner party. Great as leftovers as well.
This was good if you want to make a very quick and easy version of chicken Marsala. I was very appreciative of how little effort it took to throw it all together. However, I have found that the recipes that actually use heavy whipping cream in place of the cream of mushroom soup, as well as include some sherry as well taste absolutely amazing and give more quality flavor. I’ll definitely keep this around for something that can be made quickly.
I added a drained can of spinach to make it a one dish meal. I served it over angel hair pasta.

This meal is absolutely delicious! I followed suggestions made by others. I used boneless chicken thighs and dredged them in flour before frying. I didn’t have any Marsala wine, so I used Sherry. Fresh rosemary, basil, garlic. You definitely need to add more seasoning to make it your own. Definitely will make again! Next time I will used fried pork chops!
