Everyone who eats this dish adores it, and it’s the ONLY method I’ve found to get my husband and kids to eat Brussels sprouts. Over tender Brussels sprouts that your teeth may easily slide through, a mouthwatering creamy cheese sauce is drizzled. To have enough, you might need to double this recipe. I always prepare the sauce at the same time as the sprouts to save time and have everything ready at around the same time.
