Delish! But if you want to elevate it a little bit more, with minimal hassel, turn it into a creamy herb chicken dish w/ a 1/2 tsp of Fresh parsley, Rosemary, Thyme. OR Taragon, Basil and Oregano.

This could hardly be any easier to make, and was really tasty! Since a few of the reviews suggested more seasoning, I opted to do what one reviewer suggested and used adobo for my poultry seasoning. I also opted for the recipe’s substitution suggestion of half and half instead of milk.

I do this stove top. Brown over medium heat 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from pan, add soup and about 1/2 cup milk mixture. Return chicken to pan, lower heat; simmer, covered 20 minutes.

Made this for dinner tonight for the hubster. While he generally wolfs everything down, he did this one as well. I must say, for me, it needed a lot more seasoning, and I added the poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and a bit of garlic. Pretty bland. I’ll give it a go again in the future and will amp up for more flavor. I don’t normally use cream of chicken soup, so maybe I thought it would have more flavor. Time will tell. 🙂

It’s okay. Not as creamy as I was expecting. I suggest using cream of mushroom as cream of chicken soup is too salty.

It has potential… as a stand alone it is bland and an eh I’m too busy kind of night.. BUTTT, add some seasoning like your favorite poultry seasoning. I used adobo, I poured the cream of chicken on top, let that cook about 30 minutes @ 350 bottom rack then added the famous French fried onions, popped them on top rack for 8 minutes …. BOOM deliciousness !!

It’s a pretty good recipe to start. I used can of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom. I used about a half a can of milk. I added a few spices like Tony’s xcetera I sauteed some onions and garlic coarse ground black pepper (I don’t use salt on pretty much anything) And I added a little bit of fresh ground nutmeg. I know it sounds weird but it sure came out good I used my toaster oven on convection it was 300 degrees for about 40 minutes and it reach a internal temperature of 176 degrees I will make it again but I need to tweak the recipe with the little more spices and herbs

This dish is a house STAPLE now. My 4 year old even eats it. It keeps the chicken juicy and adds a TON of flavor. Have yet to do it over noodles but that’s next.

This dish came out excellent I only had skinny chicken breasts so I made it with them and what I had left over I heated up and eat the next day. Really like the dish.

This was quick and easy, and I served it with mashed potatoes because I didn’t have any noodles. ( I was in a time crunch so I couldn’t run to the store) Easy to make, delicious.

I made chicken to the recipe except I added some spices. I added garlic, white pepper, smoked paprika and som diced green onions. ( both green and white parts). The chicken came out moist tasty! My husband said, “This is some good chicken,” several times during the meal! That’s a compliment because he is a very picky eater! I served with mash potatoes and peas. Spooned “gravy” over potatoes and meat. Will make again! Thanks for sharing!

I’ve made this several times and it always turns out great!! I use different seasonings to give my chicken more flavor…this dish is incredibly easy, and results in very juicy and tender chicken. I throw a couple sides together and dinner is complete. My family LOVES it!
