Reviews
This dish is easy and excellent. You’ll have to like cranberrys to like it but it is a must try. So far I have made it for 3 holiday dinners.
I fixed this to do something a little special for Thanksgiving. My husband who has never gotten past the canned gelatinous cranberry stuff absolutely loved it. He was thinking up all sorts of ways to use it. Really good! Really easy!
It’s a very good conserve. but the taste of the hazelnuts over come all the other ingredients.
It was so good.I never had nothing that good and tasty. Excellent!
excellent!
See my review for this under Tyler Florence
I tried this new recipe because of the show and she bragged so much.
1) Too much lemon, I should have stopped at the orange, it was good to that point.
2) Apples, I ended up picking them all out, they were discusting in the sauce, although, the pectin did make it gel up real nice.
All in all, I will use the receipe again, but, with my own modifications.

Another goodie! This is sweet but not too much so, and the bay leaves and hazelnuts add a great flavor! You should definately try this one! Not your Mama’s cranberry conserve!
This is the first time I make my own cranberry sauce, Much better than the store bought stuff. The only thing i did diffrent was I used 24oz of cranberries instead of 12 and it was perfect.
My family has been using this recipe at Thanksgiving since we came across it 3 years ago. Not sure if it is a “Tyler original” but it is absolutely delicious!
